Punch List Reporting

Dashboard: The dashboard in the Punch List tool gives the current status of all Punch List items. 

Record Reports: Each individual punch list item is shown. 

Location Summary Reports: Identify each room/area where any punch list items have been recorded.  

Dashboard

The dashboard displays the current status of punch list items. Filter by company and/or building level. 

Record Reports

This report will show each individual punch list item. 

1. Select your folder and map in the upper left (A)

2. Select Load (B).

3. Optional: Enter any filters for your search, such as Installing Company, Status, etc. (C) If you do not enter any filters, all results will be shown. 

4. Select Submit (D) to load the results. 

Click on individual circles to load the punch list item, or select from the list on the righthand side.
