Punch List - Co Author Function

Inertia offers a Co Author function to allow users to take ownership of existing punch list items, and prevent duplicate entries. 

Using Punch List > Reports, view the space you are working in to determine if a record already exists for this issue. If the issue has already been recorded, you can Co Author the record. 

Add Co Author in Web App

1. Locate the existing punch list item on the map.

2. Using the Select tool, select the circle to view the item details. 

3. At the top of the window, select Co Author. Select the user, enter any supporting information, and select Save. 

Once the record has saved, the original author of the punch list item will become the Co Author, and the user selected in step 3 becomes the Author.
