Custom sets are a user defined selection of inspection requests saved into a set. This allows you to track specific items quickly and easily without having to use filters or search through long lists.
Add items to existing Custom Sets

Create Custom Sets
1. From the RFI List or Inquiry List, select the items you would like to add to a Custom Set.
2. Select "Batch Actions".
3. Locate "Add a Custom Set" and select "New Custom Set".
You're done! To view the custom set, open "Custom Set", and select from the list.
Add items to existing Custom Sets
1. From the RFI list or Inquiry List, select the items you would like to add to a your existing Custom Set.
2. Select "Batch Actions".
3. Select "Existing Custom Set" and select your Custom Set from the dropdown menu. Select Save.
Remove items from Custom Sets
1. From the RFI List or Inquiry List, open your Custom Set.
2. From the list, select checkboxes of the items you would like to remove.
3. Open the Batch Actions menu, and select "Remove From Custom Set."
Managing Custom Sets
In this section, we'll learn how to rename, share, or delete custom sets. If other users have shared their custom sets, you can follow them with these steps.
1. From the RFI List or Inquiry List, select Custom Set, Manage Custom Set.
2. Select from the following options:
A: Share- select this checkbox to make your custom set available to other users
B: Edit- Use this option to edit your Custom Set- rename it, or remove individual RFIs or Inquiries from the set
C: Delete- Select this option to delete the Custom Set. Please exercise caution, deleted sets cannot be retrieved
D: Follow- Select this checkbox to Follow Custom Sets shared by other users
