Getting Started: Locations tool

 View and print maps with Punch List/Pre-Punch List Milestones

1. In the main menu bar, navigate to the Locations tab. 

2. In the Maps tab, locate and select your desired map. Select Preview. 

3. In the lefthand search panel, enter your desired dates for Punch list Milestones or Pre Punch list Milestones (3). Select Perform Search (4). 

4. To print the map and records, select Print This (5).

Update Punch List Milestone/Pre Punch List Milestone Dates

1. In the main menu bar, navigate to the Locations tab. 

2. In the Maps tab, locate and select your desired map. Select Preview. 

3. Using the Selection Tool , select a location from the map. A window titled "Location Report" will appear. Double click under the column headers "Punchlist Milestones" or "Prepunchlist Milestone" to activate editing (3). Be sure to select Update to save (4). 

Update Location Names

1. Open your desired map. 

2. In the map view, select Show Missing Title (1). All map locations which do not have a location name will highlight in blue. 

2. Using the Selection Tool  (2), select a location from the map (3). A window titled "Location Report" will appear. 

3. Double click on the field titled "Request Text" to activate editing (4). Enter your desired name for the location, and select Update to save (5).
