Inspection Request Reporting Basics

How do I report on Inspection Requests in Inertia?

Inertia offers a number of reports and dashboards that quickly and easily give you the information you need. Do you know what data you would like to see, but you're unsure how to get it? Read below and follow the navigation paths listed to review the report information. Many reports can be filtered by date, installing company, common IR type and more. 

I would like to see:

• Current IR Status
• All IRs that have ever failed
• All IRs for a map location
• Success rate of revisions after an IR has failed
• How many days an inspection has remained in a "Failed" status
• Total number of IRs that have ever passed and failed by installing company
• Status of IRs by common IR type, installing company, status, or CXM equipment
• Inspection actions by day (scheduled, passed, rescheduled, etc)
• All IR actions for the QC team, such as "Open to QC", create inspection, open inspection, rejections

Follow the navigation path listed to view the report/information

Current IR status: Main app Dashboard, or Inspection dashboard

The statuses shown here are the CURRENT status of IRs. For example, IRs which have failed, revised and passed will no longer show in the "Failed" queue.

All IRs that have ever failed: 

Inspection> Reports > Inspection Analytics > Failed IRs

*The "Status" shown is the current status of the IR. Each IR in this list has failed at least once.

Success rate of revisions after an IR has failed:

Inspection > Reports > Inspection Analytics > Success Rate by REV

Search by Company, Permit, or Date

How many days an inspection has remained in a "Failed" status: Dashboard >  "Inspection DAYS IN FAILED STATUS"

How many days an inspection has remained in a "Failed" status: Dashboard >  "Inspection DAYS IN FAILED STATUS"

Total number of IRs that have ever passed and failed by installing company:  Dashboard "Summary of IRs by Installing Company", OR Inspection > Reports > Inspection Analytics OR Dashboard "Summary of IRs by Installing Company" 

Status of IRs by common IR type, installing company, status, or CXM equipment: Inspection > Reports > Report by IR

Search by Common IR type, installing co, etc

Or select a location from the map using the selection tool 

Inspection actions by day (scheduled, passed, rescheduled, etc): Inspection > Reports > Inspection Analytics > Inspection Actions

All IR actions for the QC team, such as "Open to QC", create inspection, open inspection, rejections: Inspection > Reports > Inspection Analytics > QC actions
