How do I see all inspections which are currently in a failed status?

These are inspections which are actively in a "Failed" status.

How do I see all inspections that have ever failed? 

This list will contain all IRs that have ever entered a "Failed" status. IRs in this list may still be in a failed status, or have been reworked and since passed. Check the "Status" column for the current status of the IR. 

How do I see all inspections which are currently in a failed status?

There are two primary ways to see inspections which are actively in a failed status. The first is the     IR Summary dashboard widget.

Dashboard

Select the Dashboard tool (A), and locate IR Summary (B). Click on the number ("3" in the example below) to jump directly to a list of Failed IRs. 

IR Main List

You can also view Failed IRs in the IR Main List. 

1. Navigate to Inspections (C), IR Main List (D).

2. Located Status (E) in the lefthand search, and select Failed.

3. Select Perform Search (F). 

The results shown will contain only IRs that are currently in a Failed status. 

How do I see all inspections that have ever failed? 

To see IRs which have ever been failed, we'll navigate to the Failed IRs report.

Navigate to Inspection (A) > Reports (B) > Inspection Analytics (C) > Failed IRs (D). 

This report now shows all IRs that have ever failed, regardless of their current status. View the Inspection status column to see the current status. Use the lefthand search to locate a specific IR, search by common IR type, and more.
