Overview

The Inertia Revit Plugin is used for the creation of Intelligent Construction Drawings (ICDs). Users select sheet views individually or through Revit Sheet Sets and they are published to the selected Inertia project. 

In addition to sheets included in the CD set, it is common for users to create sheets specifically for use as ICDs to facilitate customized progress tracking, reporting, and communication between project members. Want to learn more about ICDs? Click here!

System Requirements

• 64-bit Windows 10 or 11
• Intel i-series, Xeon, AMD Ryzen, Ryzen Threadripper CPU or higher
• 8 GB RAM
• 60 MB free disk space
• Revit versions 2021-2024 installed

Installation Instructions

*Before you begin: Please be sure to close all instances of Revit on your computer.

1. Download Inertia.Revit.AddIn.direct2prod.exe from:

2. Run the installation program (Setup Wizard). Windows may ask you to allow the app/program to make changes to this computer, select "Yes". 

4. Select Install. 

5. Select Finish.

7. Launch Revit (Versions 2021-2024). The first time you launch Revit after installing the plugin, you will receive the following security message. Select Always Load.
