How does Inertia use checklists on locations?
Paired with our visual location tracking, Inertia lets you predefine workflows and checklists that enable you to proactively enforce best practices across the entire project. Customize and distribute checklists to keep your workflows standardized and on schedule. Inertia allows you to associate checklists with map locations and objects to make sure your project stays on track. Some popular checklists include Procurement, Room Readiness, Wall Closure, Ceiling Closure, etc.
If you'd like to configure a custom checklist for your project, please contact your onboarding specialist or Inertia Support at procore@inertiasystems.com.

How to add a checklist to multiple locations
1. Using a multiple select tool, such as the Add to Selection tool, select the locations on your map.

4. Select Add to save.
5. Once you have successfully added the checklist, you will see it displayed in the Checklists section of the Location Report panel, on the righthand side. Read more about the Batch Answer function here.
How to remove a checklist from a location
If you've added a checklist to a location and would like to remove it, you can do so with just a few steps. Only users with permission to delete checklists will be able to do so, please contact your onsite administrator or Inertia Support for further assistance.
Please use caution when deleting checklists from a location- deleted checklists cannot be recovered, and all recorded data for that checklist will be lost.
1. Select a location from the map.
2. In the righthand Location Report, you will see any checklists associated with that location under the Checklist section.
3. To delete the checklist, select the trash can icon on the righthand side.
4. Confirm you would like to delete the checklist by selecting Yes.
5. If your checklist is successfully deleted, you will receive a confirmation message.
How to complete individual checklists
1. Select a single location from the sheet.

How to batch answer a checklist for multiple locations
Please note- using the "Batch Answer" function will overwrite any existing values for a given location. Please exercise caution when using this function.
1. Using a multiple select tool, such as the Add to Selection tool (A), select the locations on your map.
2. The number of locations you have selected will be displayed at the top of the location report.
3. If the selected locations have the same checklist associated, you will have the option to batch answer checklists for multiple locations at once. Select the Batch Answer button (B).
4. Select the checklist item you would like to update.
5. Select from Complete, Incomplete, or N/A.
6. If you would like to add any Results or Comments, record them here. You can also upload attachments at the bottom of each checklist item.
