Supported file formats

The following file formats are supported:

• JPG
• JPEG
• PNG
• GIF
• PDF

Attaching photos to a location

1. Select the location from the map.

2. In the lower righthand corner, select Add, then Add Photo.

3. Drag and drop your files into the upload window, or select Upload Photos (A) to select from your computer. You may upload a single photo, or select multiple to upload at once. If you would like to remove a photo from the upload, select the trash can icon (B).

4. Enter optional data about the photo (C)

• Date: This will autofill with the current date, but you can modify this to reflect the date the photo was taken
• Photo type: Select from General, In-Wall, or Overhead
• Phase: Select from Pre-Construction, Construction, or Post Construction
• Direction/Bearing: If you would like to record the direction of the photo, select from North, South, East, West
• Comment: If you would like to record a comment about the photo, enter it here

5. Select Save (D).

Attaching photos to multiple locations

1. Using the Multiple Select or Add to Selection map navigation tools, select your locations. 

2. Select Add, then Add Photo.

3. Drag and drop your files into the upload window, or select Upload Photos (A) to select from your computer. You may upload a single photo, or select multiple to upload at once. If you would like to remove a photo from the upload, select the trash can icon (B).

4. Enter optional data about the photo (C)

5. Select Save (D).

View attached photos

To view the photo, select the location from the map, and locate the "Photos" section on the righthand location report. Select the checkbox for the location, and click on a thumbnail to open the photo full screen.
